This is a compilation of resources and thoughts around the theme of masculinity, from a father perspective. The goals are threefold.

First, I aim to provide an honest assessment of the current state of modern masculinity.

Second, I intend to describe what can constitute toxic masculinity or the toxic ‘culture’ of masculinity.

Finally, I aspire to promote healthy masculinity which is a pre-requisite to create a better world.
